Secretary

The secretary can administrate all members (current and past) in the database. In contrast to groupadmins who need a memberrecord, secretaries can do with or without a memberrecord. He typically has the following permissions:

  • Access : Member Administration Overview
  • Access : Edit member profile
  • Save : Saving member data
  • Save : Save incomplete member data
  • The right to manage other departments
